WorkSight Advantage

What puts you ahead of the hunt.

Ranked prospects, measured takeoffs, verified decision-makers, and a pipeline that can work both ways.

Ranked prospects

Scored for your business.

Use your client DNA or custom criteria to rank every property in your territory for the work you sell. Sort by parcel size, land use code, and relevance.

Automatic property measurements

Takeoffs that earn the visit.

Price from satellite measurements without driving out. When a prospect opens their QR portal and sees their own parcel already mapped, it is proof someone looked at their lot before the call.

Decision makers

Marketing in the right hands.

Skip stale list vendors. Continuous research on current public records finds verified titles, emails, and phone numbers, with cited sources so you can confirm each contact yourself.

Bidirectional pipeline

Hunt outbound. Win inbound.

Outreach replies already flow into your CRM. SightBot keeps learning your trade so high-value work can arrive inbound later, with almost no manual chase.

Scan your territory

3-day trial · month to month · your first scan runs on your own map.

Built for trades that benefit from satellite analysis

Paving. Roofing. Concrete. Landscaping. Snow removal. If the condition of a property matters to your business, WorkSight sees it from space and scores it for you.

Pick a sector, then a trade. The map and ranking update with you.

Scores are relative to the strongest match in your territory, priced at $7 per sq ft of roof.

Roof deterioration & material decay. Loose or missing shingles, granule loss, moisture or moss buildup, and aging asphalt membrane for roof repair crews. Every other surface is still measured, it just stops competing for your attention.

Enrichment

Cast a wide net. Keep one name.

Business directories, the company site, a people graph, and live web research each take a pass at the parcel. A model then cross-checks every hit and selects the decision-maker with a confidence score you can see.

Not a bought list. Current sources, cited, ranked for who can say yes.

Automated outreach

Send the takeoff. Then pick up the phone.

Postcards and email run on workflows you set. Each piece carries a QR code to a portal built for that property alone: measured surfaces, condition, and a range they can open before you ever dial.

You still call. This is what arrives first, so the conversation starts on their lot, not on a cold list.

Value

What prospecting costs you without WorkSight.

Closes are few. Touches are many. Put your outreach volume and hunt cost. WorkSight returns time and better-ranked lots. Revenue potential uses your close rate on part of that freed capacity.

Sightbot answers

What contractors ask before they start.

Anything else, ask directly at info@worksight.biz.

What do I actually receive?

A ranked list of properties in your territory, each with its recorded address and deed area, a measured surface breakdown (takeoff), a distress score, and verified decision-maker contacts. You can work the list directly in WorkSight or export it into CSV or your existing CRM.

Where does the property data come from?

Boundaries, legal ownership, and land areas originate from official public records. Surface conditions and precise measurements are captured from high-resolution satellite and aerial imagery processed by our computer vision models. Decision-makers are cross-verified across business registries and public filings.

Can I upload my existing client list or integrate with my CRM?

Yes. You can import CSV lists to enrich properties you already track, or connect WorkSight directly to Jobber, ServiceTitan, HubSpot, Salesforce, and custom endpoints via webhooks and API. Outreach replies flow directly into your existing pipelines.

Which areas can I search?

Coverage is nationwide across the United States. You can define your territory by zip code, municipality, custom drawn polygon boundaries, or by looking up specific commercial addresses.

Which trades and sectors is WorkSight built for?

Any trade where property condition can be evaluated from aerial imagery: paving & sealcoating, commercial roofing, concrete, landscaping & tree care, snow removal, utility vegetation management, and municipal asset management (undeclared pools, road deterioration, code compliance).

How accurate are the measurements?

Boundaries and lot sizes reflect recorded deed surveys. Surface segmentations are calibrated down to high-resolution aerial imagery, providing accurate takeoff approximations for bidding and remote prioritizing before doing an on-site visit.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. We offer a 3-day free trial on your own territory, and all standard tiers are billed month to month with no long-term lock-in. Annual plans receive a 25% discount.

Tell me what you sell. I will tell you where the work is.
