Refund Policy
Last updated: May 14, 2026
WorkSight ("we") sells paid subscriptions and related digital products through checkout operated by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for those transactions. Paddle sets the contractual terms, processes payments, and handles refunds and withdrawal requests for qualifying purchases made through that checkout.
Your refund rights, withdrawal periods, eligibility, exclusions, and how to submit a refund request are governed exclusively by Paddle's current legal documents:
WorkSight does not publish a separate competing refund regime for Paddle-managed orders. Paddle's official documents linked above describe what applies to your purchase, including withdrawal deadlines, discretionary reviews, exclusions for fraud or abuse, and subscription billing. Those documents on Paddle's website are the sole source for those rules; please read them in full before you buy.
How to withdraw or request a refund
Submit requests through Paddle, not solely by email to WorkSight. You can:
- Use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link from your Paddle transaction confirmation email; or
- Open your billing or subscriptions area in Paddle's purchaser experience and submit a refund or withdrawal request there; or
- Visit Paddle's buyer support hub and choose the refund or subscription option for your order.
If Paddle's Buyer Terms invite you to contact the supplier first for a technical defect, you may email us at billing@worksight.biz with your order details while you also follow Paddle's dispute path if the issue continues.
Trials and subscription renewals
Free trials avoid charges until conversion as shown at signup. Paid subscriptions renewed through Paddle follow the renewal, billing-time, cancellation, and no-refund-on-unused-period rules described in the Paddle documents above, unless applicable law overrides them.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
Paddle encourages buyers to raise issues with Paddle before initiating a chargeback. See Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms for how disputes may affect access to the Product.
Your agreement with WorkSight
Use of WorkSight's software and services continues to be subject to our Terms of Service; those terms do not replace or narrow Paddle's refund and withdrawal obligations for Paddle-processed orders.
Changes
Paddle may revise its Buyer Terms or Refund Policy; the version stated on Paddle's site at the time of your transaction normally governs that purchase. WorkSight may update this page periodically to clarify how we route customers to Paddle. The revision date below marks the latest substantive update to our summary guidance.
